EnTele-Voice Entegral is included with your Essential or Encompass lines. There are no monthly minimums
associated with this service.

Pay only for what you use.
Toll-free numbers are available for an additional charge per month per number
Domestic Rate Billing Increments: 18 Seconds initial/6 Seconds for additional
International Calling available upon request
International Rates billed in 1 minute increments
Regulatory charges and Taxes apply to this service

EnTele-Voice Enfiniti:

EnTele-Voice Enfinity is our unlimited long distance plan. With this service, all of your domestic long distance calling
is included for one low monthly price.

EnTele-Voice products are to be used for voice service only. Customers using auto dialers, telemarketing applications or switching equipment are not eligible to use this rate plan
