EnTele-Care is a management tool which helps our customer manage all of their MACD (Move, Add, Change, Delete) orders and trouble tickets by providing a single point of contact to enter and manage orders for all carriers, products/services and locations. EnTelegent Solutions submits the order or trouble ticket to the appropriate carrier and project manages the order/ticket to completion. EnTelegent Solutions provides status updates via EnTele-Portal, email, and or callback depending on customer preference.
